  • For over 30 years, Bartek Ingredients Inc. has been involved in the distribution and manufacturing of specialty chemicals, primarily for use in food and beverage applications. Following the introduction of Malic Acid production in 1978, Bartek went on to produce Maleic Anhydride in 1987 and Fumaric Acid in 1988. Today, Bartek is the world's largest Malic and food grade Fumaric Acid producer with a network of over 40 distributors selling in over 35 countries. The Quality Management Systems at our manufacturing facilities are registered to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. Bartek Ingredients Inc. is committed to delivering a superior quality product to ensure customer satisfaction.But Bartek is more than a supplier of raw materials. Through its sales and marketing division, Bartek works closely with customers to offer innovative solutions to specific formulation needs. The result?
